SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, VIRGINIA B. DELA CRUZ, of legal age, US Citizen, Filipino, widow of Angelo J, Dela Cruz with
residence and postal address at Suha St., Town and Country Subd. Abangan Norte, Marilao, Bulacan by
these presents do hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE, TEODORA B. LEGASPI, likewise of legal
age, married with residence and postal address at # 21 Abangan Sur, Bisig 5, Marilao, Bulacan Philippines,
to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our name, place and stead, and to perform the
following acts to wit:

1. To execute and sign in the Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with Sale of my deceased
husband who died intestate and left a parcels of land with an area Four Hundred Eight (408)
and Three Hundred Ninety One (391) Square Meters more or less and covered by Transfer
Certificate No. TCT No. 153906 (M) located at Abangan Norte, Marilao, Bulacan;

2. To make, sign, execute and deliver contracts, documents, agreements, and other writings of
whatsoever nature, kind and description, with any and all third persons, concerns and entities,
upon such terms and conditions acceptable to my said attorney-in-fact ;

and to perform such other acts as maybe necessary to carry out the power herein above conferred..

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform each and every act whatsoever requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as
fully to all intents and purposes and, We might or could lawfully do if personally present.
