Preparation of breakdown and performance reports, Checking & filling of daily, weekly and shutdown checklist as
per ISO. Maintaining ISO documentation, Indenting materials for smooth operation & maintenance. Preparing of
TPM documents & involving it’s activities.

1. Worked in Siemens Sematic G120 AC Drive EOT Crane upto 50 ton. ABB ACS 800 & ACS 850 AC Drive EOT
Crane upto 50 ton , BCH Penta & k AC Drive EOT Crane upto 60 ton , BCH DC Drive EOT Crane upto 150 ton
and Contractor logic EOT Crane upto 150 ton.
2. Handling of General Shift & shift Activities Daily Check List and Preventive Maintenance, as per Schedule.
3. Worked in different types of motor Starter DOL , RDOL , STAR DELTA , 4 SPEED DOL , 4 SPEED RDOL ,
VFD .
4. Worked in Circuit breaker. Siemens & ABB made ACB & VCB upto 4000A.
5. Worked in Siemens Sematic G120 ac drive , ABB ACS 800 ,ACS 850 ,ACS 580 , ACS 560 ac drive and BCH Penta
& K ac & dc drive.
6. Maintenance of all the cranes and PDB.
7. Worked in Siemens S7-300 & 1200 and BCH PLC.
8. Worked in Siemens TIA , SIEMENS Simetic Manager and STARTER Software.
9. PLC (SIEMENS S7 300 & 1200) programming as per plant requirement And Troubleshooting
when problems occur.
10. Experiences in RTD, thermocouple, pressure, flow, level measuring
system erection, commissioning and troubleshooting.
11. Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Controllers and different types of sensors
(Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level ), Control valves, ON/OFF valves, Actuators and Positioners ,
Solenoid valves and Three way Valves, Encoders, Pressure Switch, Load Cell, Proximities, Different
types of Relays, Timers, Counters , LVDT , HMD , Pyro meter and other sensor.
12. PCC, MCC, VFD drives, transformers troubleshooting & Maintenance, HT & LT motor troubleshooting
and Maintenance.
13. Transformers maintenance upto 25MVA.
14. Performing the functions of troubleshooting and predictive / breakdown / preventive maintenance for
reducing machinery down time to minimum.
15. Analysis various processes / applications and taking adequate measures to enhance operational
efficiency.
16. Planning for spares and maintaining the reduced inventory levels.
17. Regular planning and executing Preventive/ Breakdown/ General Maintenance and Trouble shooting of
all type of Electrical equipment's of the continuous process Blast furnaces.
18. Involved in detailed hardware Engineering, wiring scheme.
Erection supervision of Controller Panel, RIO Panel.
Establishing and checking of Profibus communication between RIOs.
19. Maintenance of Blower House area pump,Lubrication System , Pump House area pump, Cooling Tower fan,
RMHS area Conveyor belt, STOVE area hyd & pneumatic Valve , PCI area hyd & pneumatic Valve injection &
grinding unit , oxygen area generation , Blower House area pump.
20. Responsible for planned, routine & annual shut down & Breakdown Maintenance of all the cranes , RMHS , Pump
house and PDB in Blast Furnace. Planning and execution of manpower, materials and machines during shut down
and breakdown activities. Supervising a team of skilled technicians and fitters on day-to-day preventive/ shut down
and breakdown maintenance.
