Best performing
products with LEDIL
optics.
Proper optics are usually just as important part of a good quality
product, than other key components like the LEDs and drivers.
Using suitable high quality optics, you achieve better beam control:
- More efficient lighting. Less LEDs, energy and money needed.
- Reduction of glare caused by ”point source” and wide angles
- Possibilities to make more uniform light with different ambience and
cutoffs.
- Needed for illumination standards in many applications such as Street
lighting.
- Freedom for design. (side emitting lenses, asymmetrical lenses, compact
size)
- Finished look and LED protection

Retrofit lamps
Ledil has a series of different lenses
designed for retrofit lamps and different
lighting fixtures such as MR16 and MR11.
With our optics you can collect all the light
from the light source in example 120deg
beam LED and make it a narrower more
intense beam such as 45deg.
Our lenses have typically a total efficiency of
around 90%.
The lenses are designed to result a visually
pleasing beam. With nice color uniformity
and smooth beam pattern reducing glare.

Ledil is expert in making very narrow beam TIR lenses.

With our IRIS series you can even reach a 4deg beam with
some LEDs.
Even over 80cd/lm peak values can be achieved. That
means around 150 times more intense peak intensity than
with an LED alone.

Street lighting

LEDIL has an innovative STRADA street light lens series. These

lenses are optimized for may different LED packages and beam
types. We have also newly released an asymmetrical STRADA-T
series, that is designed to be used without tilting of the lamp
head or overhang with arm.
Advantages of STRADA series:
- Extremely uniform and well shaped beam
- Very good efficiency of over 90%.
- With asymmetric Strada-T lenses, around 70% of the light is
on the street side.
- Flexibility with mixing different Strada lens types with same
footprint to achieve wanted beam.
