As per the orchestra concert policy outlined in the handbook, ALL students are 
expected to attend ALL events. Sporting events and other conflicts are NOT 
excused absences. Participation and behavior is 30% of a student‛s grade.  
 
 
Serenading Strings- Rehearsals are Mondays, Wednesdays, and 
Fridays from 7:30 AM-7:55 AM starting in September. 
 
Sectionals- Students are required to attend 1 sectional per week. 
Students will be pulled out of core and exploratory classes on a 
rotating basis. Students are responsible for knowing their sectional 
time and making up any missed assignments.
