AFFIDAVIT OF TRANSFEREE

I, __________________, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident of Brgy. Malitbogay,

Javier, Leyte, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That my husband purchased a portion of One Half of Agricultural land declared in

the name of Petra M. Badique under Tax Dec. No. 2041 Rev. 7; and assessed in
the amount of P 2,160.00) containing an area of 1520 sqm. and the property is
situated at Malitbogay, Javier, Leyte, bounded on the north by Barangay road; on
the south by Lot No. 632; on the east by Eulogio Almeria and on the west by portion
sold in favor of Ceferino Cerna; boundaries of the whole property are as follows: By
Lot 761 Pls-645; as signed by Geodetic Engineer Caridad Cabidog; 1-2 N44; 2-3
N41 3-4 S-8-53; 4-5 S-39-58 W-5-6 N 77-32 and 6-1 N45-42- E Tax Dec. No.
formerly 2775 now 2041 in the name of Petra Badique; on the north by Carlito
Badique; on the east by no none by Lot 632; on the south by none; on the west by
none now by barangay road; and all corners are indicated with proper marks or
concrete stones; situated at Malitbogay, Javier, Leyte;

2. That my husband acquired the said parcel of land from _________ as evidenced by
a Deed of Absolute Sale of a Portion of Agricultural Land entered in the notarial
register of Notary Public Atty. Antonio V. Escoreal dated November 7, 1986 at
Javier, Leyte under Doc. No. 108; Page No. 91; Book No. 01; Series of 1986;

3.That my and my spouse’s landholding inclusive of the land subject of the above-
mentioned transaction does not exceed FIVE (5) hectares through the Philippines.

4. This affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No.1, Series
of 1989 as well as to show proof that my and my husband’s aggregate landholding
does not exceed five (5) hectares throughout the Philippines; and

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal intents and purposes that it may legally serve.
