GCSO LAW ENFORCEMENT SUMMARY


JULY 29, 2019 – AUGUST 4, 2019

On Monday, July 29, Investigator J. Murnan received a report from Gulf County Animal
Control (GCAC) of a possible animal neglect. GCAC had taken eight puppies from a
residence in Land’s Landing that were being neglected by their owner, Bobbi Lee Dobbins
(33). The puppies were taken to the Humane Society where they were treated for various
ailments, however, four of the eight puppies eventually died. Investigator Murnan is
obtaining a warrant for Dobbins’ arrest for eight counts of Animal Cruelty.

On Tuesday, July 30, Deputy S. Sheline arrested Bobby Gene Creamer III (28) on warrants
for Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Violation of Probation. Creamer was
on probation for Trespass and Assault.

On Tuesday, July 30, Deputy S. Alday travelled to the Bay County Jail to pick up Amber
Elizabeth Adkison (27) who was being held on a Gulf County warrant for Violation of
Probation. Adkison was on probation for Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute
and Possession of a Controlled Substance (x2). Adkison was transported to the Gulf
County Detention Facility to be booked.

On Wednesday, July 31, Deama Daniel Hubbard (23) turned herself in to the Gulf County
Detention Facility to be booked on a warrant for Criminal Mischief and Aggravated Assault
with a Deadly Weapon. A warrant for her arrest was obtained by Deputy G. Desrosier
following a domestic disturbance that was reported to the Sheriff’s Office on June 21,
2019 in Stone Mill Creek.

On Wednesday, July 31, Erroll Laneire Webb (35) was arrested at the Gulf County
Detention Facility on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Webb was on probation for
Fraudulent Use of a Credit Car, Unlawful Possession of a Credit Card and Petit Theft.

On Wednesday, July 31, Loren Michael Siprell (36) was arrested for failing to appear in
court on charges of Exploitation of the Elderly and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.

On Wednesday, July 31, Sgt. R. Burkett responded to the Wimico Country Store in White
City to investigate a report of a shoplifter. It was reported that a white female with red
hair and a large purse was in the store browsing and picking up items from the shelves.
Moments later, as the female approached the front door, the store clerk noticed the
female was no longer carrying items in her hands. When the clerk confronted the female,
she ran out of the store and continued to run north along Hwy 71. Sgt. Burkett is working
to identify this subject. Anyone with information regarding her identify is encouraged to
contact the Gulf County Sheriff’s Office.

On Friday, August 2, Investigators S. Ferrell and C. Harvey conducted a traffic stop on Hwy
22 near the intersection of Parker Farm Road. A passenger in the vehicle was identified
as Bobby Lynn Tipton (47). During the course of the traffic stop, investigators revealed
that Tipton had a small amount of methamphetamine in his pocket. Tipton was placed
under arrest and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine.

On Friday, August 2, Investigators S. Ferrell and C. Harvey arrested Joni Mae Grice (32) on
Catalpa Avenue on a Writ of Attachment for failing to pay child support.

On Sunday, August 4, Deputy S. Alday travelled to the Bay County jail to pick up Brandon
Lee Gray (33), who was being held on a Gulf County warrant for Grand Theft. The charge
stemmed from an investigation that began on July 9, 2019, by Deputy Manley. Gray had
accepted a job to build a privacy fence for a Gulf County resident on May 18, 2019.The
victims paid Gray an advance payment of $1,305.00. Between that day and the day the
victims made the report, Gray had not performed any work and would not refund the
victims their money.

On Sunday, August 4, Christopher Scott Adkison (34) was arrested at the Gulf County
Detention Facility on a warrant for Unlicensed Contracting During a State of Emergency.
