PROJECTS:
SAP SD lead analyst for upgrade conversion R/3 3.1i to ECC 5.0 for Century Furniture
Industries and Highland House Inc. Performed all integration testing, process
documentation and user training. Ensured zero loss of efficiency and accuracy through
creation of effective functional and integration testing and training templates.
Roll-out involved five manufacturing plants.
New Implementations:
SD liaison to project team for full lifecycle implementation for Century Furniture
Industries located in Hickory, NC. The company manufactures custom make-to-order and
make-to-stock furniture products supplying retail stores worldwide.
· Assisted in project mapping for implementation from legacy system to SAP R/3 3.1i.
· Advised on and tested functionality for Variant Configurator as it pertained to company
requirements.
· Participated in gap analysis and strategic planning in the role of in-house consultant
having in-depth, hands-on knowledge of customer service and SD processes.
· Managed team of over 20 order-entry and clerical personnel in re-entering existing
legacy sales orders into SAP.
· Participated in project for re-papering existing legacy production orders with SAP
generated production orders.
· Assisted with data cleansing and data reconciliation between SAP and legacy systems
· Co-authored new company price lists to better integrate with SAP pricing methodology.
SD lead analyst in full lifecycle implementation for Expressions Custom Furniture Inc., a
subsidiary company, located in Tupelo, MS. The company provides custom make-to-
order furniture for approximately 35 franchise stores across the US.
· Collaborated with management and users concerning the business requirements for
mapping and gap-analysis of new SAP functionality.
· Developed and wrote design specifications and technical architecture solutions from
business requirements.
· Configured sales and use sales tax in SD and FI to facilitate correct G/L postings.
· Created new sales organization, distribution channel and division.
· Automated financial disbursement process through setup of inter-company billing
between Expressions and Century that eliminated manual financial postings.
· Designed and maintained Variant Configurator including classification and object
dependencies that supported complex order-entry and pricing requirements which
encompassed complex custom options.
· Defined settings in Variant Config profiles and item categories to support custom sales
order BOM's and BOM explosion in sales order for parent/child products.
· Devised and supported the pricing model which included custom option pricing,
promotional pricing, freight and commissions.

and billing functions.
· Creation of freight transportation rates based on weight, volume or quantity and routes.
· Authored all documentation of technical and functional processes relating to SD.
· Provided user acceptance testing and training. Company was able to create sales orders,
ship and invoice with little or no interruption upon go-live.
