1. Getting on social media: Social media has made its way as one of the best products and service
promotional platform. Social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram provide a
large marketing ground for any company. Creating a Facebook page, twitter handle or Instagram
account will help in gaining a large following some of whom might be potential customers. Success
in social media is through posting the right and informative content such as promotional offers and
customer deals. For instance, India tops the usage of social networking by business according to

2. Using existing client as our marketing team: Incentivizing the existing clients to talk about and refer
other people can significantly boost the company’s marketability and broaden its reach. The best
way to have current customers market the company’s services is through offering them discounts,
providing standard services and offering price-cuts. Statistics show that providing satisfactory
services to returning clients prompt them to advertise the reliability of services of a company.
3. Introducing the online booking service: online bookings allow a company to take payments and
even appointments. Including an online booking widget enables a client to directly order for service
through the company’s websites. It is quick and easy to use. A recent MGMA study found that even
well-run practices have a daily average of 12% no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Some
practices actually experience a whopping 50% rate!
4. Partnering with other businesses: Partnering with other businesses like real estate agents can have
a broad network of commercial leads. Using building managers and local landlords to recommend
our cleaning services to their tenant will result in level of customer increment.

feedback collected should be analysed.
1. Customer feedback surveys: The feedback survey can be conducted online through platforms such
as Google, Qualaroo and Survey Monkey. These platforms allow the company to customize survey
questions and post the on the company’s websites. The customers can open the links to these
surveys respond to the questions and submit feedback. It is an easy, fast and reliable method of
getting customer feedback.
2. Feedback boxes: Feedback boxes should be included in the company’s website to allow customers
to respond by how impressed they were with a given service. Each service page should have a
feedback box where customers will add reviews and comments regarding a service rendered to
them. This method of gathering customer feedback is real time and should be based on honest
responses.

3. Social media channels: Social Media has proven to be one of the best tools to use in expanding
any business today. The company can receive frank customer feedback by commenting to posts in
these platforms. The users can also send direct messages regarding a service they received. Since
social media platform can be accessed by a large audience, the responses can be many and
irrelevant but can give the company direction to take.
