How to Read this Document

HRMS Curriculum Plan

This document contains the curricula outline for all HRMS courses that are offered to participants in Core-CT training. Each outline contains
five columns of information that provide detailed information about the course. These sections are:

Objectives – This provides the high-level detailed learning objectives of the course. Some lower level objectives have also been included to
highlight the focus on specific areas of subject learning.

Audience – This indicates the specific agency roles identified as targeted learners of the course subject matter and should attend the
training. Changes in roles and course attendance will be maintained on the Curriculum Plan Course Days Analysis document.

Length/Delivery – This represents the length of the course and the delivery method employed. In some cases, the length may be re-
evaluated as the course is further refined and developed.

Required Prerequisites – This indicates the prerequisite training necessary to be able to attend the course. In some cases, these
prerequisite courses may have additional course requirements.

Comments – This shows any comments, notes, or suggestions relevant to the development of the course.

Please note that configuration and setup tasks are not part of the Core-CT Training Curriculum. However, in some instances, courses will
provide training on maintenance of critical tables that are incorporated into Core-CT.
