Emoji Activity: The Teacher will be flashing different pictures / emoticons. The
student’s tasks is to determine the exact emotion shown. Maximum 15 pictures and
emoticons.
Motivation:
Guide Question: Where you able to identify directly the different emoticons shown
by the teacher?

Ask the following questions :
Why was it difficult for you to identify the emoticons or emotion shown?
Definition of Terms

others.
- Involves managing emotions and applying them to enhance good thinking
processes like reasoning, solving problems and even handling stress.
Theories to be Discussed:
Goleman’s Theory
Students will be asked to give their Personal reflection on the message of the Video .
afterwards the students will be asked to answer the following questions in their
journal.
The students will be asked to write in a small piece of paper the emotion they are
currently experiencing.
- The paper will be folded into 2, dropped in a bucket. The class will seat and
form a big circle on the door.
- Each student will pick a paper inside the bucket and he/she shall give advice
or suggestions on how to manage the writer’s emotion.
