For now I have a class on Wednesday and I have meetings on Friday, other than that I am relatively free.

Things that need to get done:

Research
Japanese Practice
Memory palace training
Exercise
Love myself.
Lucid dreaming

Why?
Each are equally important to my future for one reason or another.
Japanese, because I am thinking about living in Japan for some time.
Research, because I want to make my mind better on how I think about things.
Memory palace, to be able to move myself forward, I need to know things off the top of my head and be
able to understand things better, these require information to be at the top of my finger tips and to be
ready for a anything that may come.
Exercise, body mind soul connection. My main goal of exercising is to aim to do it everyday is possible.
Loving myself, that is obvious though. This can be things that bring me closer to loving myself or things
that ensure that I am learning to become better. This can include all other things in which I want to
learn.
Lucid dreaming, if I am right then I would be able to help my brain process information and particularly
show it which information I believe is crucial.

Is it better to wake up, identify what needs to be done and then go off of that?
Assess what needs to be done and break it down by importance and then assess that way.
Such that it doesn’t feel like a schedule and you get some more planning experience.
And it can be a lot more flexible.
