INTRODUCTION
Student hated because they didn’t understand the subject there will some subject
that they like and didn’t like if they didn’t like the subject the students are not
listening and those student like the subject, they listen to the teacher and they
understand those lessons. And if they not like the subject use your hated subject as
your motivation to encourage you to understand it.
According to Merie (2010) student like to know things. However what they like the
most is to know things. They like to feel cleaver and intelligent. If they do not excel in
a particular subject this lower their self-esteem and make them feel like they are not
intelligent because they do not understand those subject.
According to Listman (2015) school curriculum are designed to teach student wide
range students to prepare them for life outside of school. Unfortunately there will be
some subject that they dislike. Learning to cope with a school subject they dislike is
an important part of processing through school they can do this by changing they
study habit and using motivation tools and inspirations to change your approach to
the subject
According to Mubarak (2010) students often desire to know the importance and
practical application of everything they are being taught in school. When they cannot
get to know the importance and practical application of a topic and they have to
learn it all the same they could start to hate the subjects as result of that
This study sought to determine the most and the least favorite subject in selected
students of Paliparan National High School.

According to Brenton successful student know how to succeed because they are
made their studies their top priorities. Thought it’s important to make time for friends,
family, extra curriculum, and even solo down time. You should never neglect the
time you need to spend studying. If they have an exam coming up you should
probably prioritize that exam.

even be described as an art. To become a successful goal setter. You need to know
they own work habits and motivators.

indicate that solutions and happy ending come quickly in movies, computer games
etc. step by step learning is needed and both long term and short term pleasure for
achievements are not enough rewarded at schools.

Methodology
His study used a descriptive method to determine the factors why student like or
dislike the subjects of selected students in Paliparan National High School S.Y 2018-
2019. Those participants which are composed of 100 students in Paliparan National
High School were selected through specific year level were selected through random
sampling method
The research used frequently distribution to show the frequency of the answer of
their respondents in the variables for demographic profile and item for the
reasons/factors why students like or dislike some subject in Paliparan National High
School on the academic performance of the students.
