Description The Mini-Industrial Power Display (MIPD) is compatible with the

following: previous Tier 3/Stage IIIA diesel engines – C7, C9, C11, C13,
C15 and C18 ACERTTM and Tier 4 Interim/Stage IIIB diesel engines -
C9.3, C13, C15, and C18 ACERT. This MIPD will not be compatible
with Tier 4 Final/Stage IV diesel engines. An updated display will be
available in the Tier 4 Final Price List.

ƒ Double-edge, lit, white backlight is adjustable
ƒ Up to eight MIPDs can be supported by the same J1939 network
ƒ 15 different pre-configured screens can be selected
ƒ Accommodates up to 3 users with five screens for each user
Communication Interface
• One CAN data link supporting SAE J1939 protocol
o A single high-speed, two-wire data link carries all engine
and transmission information from the engine electronic
control unit to the monitor
External I/O
• One alarm output
o 100 mA NC relay

and diagnostics
• Visual and audible alarms for engine/transmission problems
• ISO symbols for non-English language
• There will be two different MIPDs available that will include:
o English as standard with French as option
o English as standard with Spanish as option

Mechanical Features
The new, compact MIPD is a great way to save valuable dashboard space without sacrificing features.

• Sealed to a minimum rating of (IP68) 5 psi for operation in harsh environments
• Full functionality in temperatures of: –20oC to +70 oC (-4 oF to +158 oF)

System Information screen provides

information about MIPD operating
software, engine location, and units of display.

MIPD Screens

Diagnostic windows show a visual

warning of an active diagnostic or
event. An audible alarm will accompany this
visual warning.

Current Engine Totals screen displays trip and

lifetime totals that are stored in the engine’s ECU.

Engine ECUs will support most if not all

parameters. Not all totals will be available for all
engines, in which case “N/A” will be displayed.

The trip totals can be cleared with a "Clear Trip"

option available at the bottom of the screen of
the display.
