 Details of Drill

Date: 16th April 2018.

Time: 10:00 AM

Location: K-Block Building

Participants:

 Camp Management
 Civil Workshop Employees
 Electrical Workshop Employees
 Mechanical Workshop Employees
 Welding Workshop Employees
 Vehicle Workshop Employees
 Haram Store Employees
 Heads of all Departments
 Residents of K-Block
 Safety Department
 Security Department

Note:
A letter will be issued from safety department to all the above mentioned
departments to must participate in this drill.

Fire Ignition:
Location: K-Block Building

Source: Wood/Paper/Fuel & Fire try if provided

Safety team will arrange these material with the help of Security Department and
will make sure the availability before time.

Sounding of Alarm:
Safety Alarm either should be provided by safety team Haram or the activity will
simply be started by calling out loud “Fire”.

K-Block Residents will be educated and trained in Evacuation plan training to

leave their rooms immediately after hearing fire call and gather at their closest
assembly point in a disciplined way. An instructed person will run to safety
department to report fire incident.

Evacuation Wardens Team:

There and then, A team of 4 evacuation wardens will rush to the accident location
and will help in evacuation specially helping the disable/ elderly people.

3 voluntary residents will be chosen who will act as disable/ injured and the focus
od evacuation Warden will be to rescue them and bring them at assembly point
will they will be given first aid afterwards,

Mr. Junaid (Evacuation Warden, Rusaiffah Camp) will lead this team.

Security Team:
A team of 4 security personnel will also move in to the accident spot and will
barricade the area and create discipline at assembly point.

Mr. Fayez & Mr. Turkey Alyaqoot (Security department) will provide this team.

Firefighting Team:
A team of 4 Firefighters will come in action parallelly and will fight with fire until
it’s completely extinguished.

Mr. Nabeel (Senior Firefighter, Rusaiffah Camp) will lead this team.

First Aid Team:
A team of 3 persons will reach at assembly point in ambulance and will give first
aid treatment to the injured people

Treatment practices:

 CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation)

 Fracture Bandage
 Cut/ Burns treatment

Mr. Rehan (Safety Supervisor, Russaifah Camp) will be in charge of this team.
Residential medical complex’s personnel will also be a part of this team.

Roll Call:
Mr. Arshad (Safety Supervisor, Russaifah Camp) will carry out Roll Call at assembly
point and will take the signatures of all the employees and residents on attendance
sheet.

Civil Defense/ Fire Brigade Assistance:

Mr. Umair Safdar (Safety Supervisor, Rusaiffah Camp) will monitor all these
activities and will be in coordination of all. He will further coordinate with camp
management (camp Boss/ Manager) in case he foresees a need to call in Fire
Brigade/ Civil defense.

Fire Watchers Team:

A team of 2 Fire watchers will survey the building after extinguishing fire to make
sure that there is no residue of fire in the building and is safe from reignition of
fire.

Finally, all residents will be sent back to their rooms in a disciplined way, security
team will help in this regard for disciplined movement of residents.

Accidental area will be secured and investigated later by safety team.

Photographers:
A team of 3 persons will be formed who’s only responsibility is to take pictures at
different locations while movement of people and rescue teams.

 Report submission:
A detailed report will be prepared, supported with pictures by Safety Team.

Safety team will finally submit this report to the management and file also.
