At PS RME we consider Health and Safety an integral part of our business and urge all

stakeholders including our contractors and suppliers to comply with below minimum site safety
requirements

 Ensure all suppliers least comply with Siemens EHS policy


 Ensure their employees are aware of the site EHS requirements laid down in the Siemens
EHS Plan
 Provide information, instruction, training and supervision to ensure that each employee is
safe from injury and risk to health
 Provide appropriate protective equipment and ensure it is properly used
 Thoroughly investigate or assist in investigations of all incidents and to ensure that
appropriate corrective action is taken
 All employees have to be given safety induction before they enter the work site and
 Ensuring good housekeeping by all personnel is mandatory
 Failure to comply with the EHS requirements mentioned in EHS Plan may be considered
as a breach of the contract. Unsafe acts by any site personnel will not be accepted at any
point and may lead to warning/termination depending upon criticality of act.
 EHS issues raised by the site EHS Officer/ Customer are to be immediately rectified by all
suppliers
