 ABSTRACT
Project management success is an extremely interesting topic from scientific, as well as practical
point of view. Project manager is ultimately responsible for delivering a successful project. The
report identifies the list of success factors for Pressure vessel projects. Factors have been
obtained from existing literature and it will test in the pressure vessel industry. From literature
review we have identifies 46 success factors that are affects success of pressure vessel project till
now. The purpose of this study is to identify the extent of the relationship between CSFs and
project performance. The research findings will be expected to assist the organization in
evaluating the performance of project management. From the literature review, it is observed that
the factors which affect the cost, time and quality of pressure vessel are a main key success
factor.
