We are looking for a Workday HCM Solution Architect to lead our Philippine team.

You should have a


strong understanding across Workday solution touchpoints and core cross-functional features like
security and the business process framework.

You should also have successfully implemented at least 3 full life-cycle (Plan through Deploy) and
have been a function area lead in two or more product areas. You can work creatively and analytically
in a problem-solving environment and have the proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-
oriented environment. You effectively communicate with different functional stakeholders (both
technical and non-technical) at all levels of an organization with the ability to also present at the C-
level.

Key responsibilities:

 Ensure positive project execution while aiding Engagement Managers with removing barriers
and maintaining focus
 Drive execution of Workday configuration (i.e. HCM Core, Compensation, Talent and
Recruiting, etc.).
 Hands on configuration of Workday business processes and providing sound solutions and
recommending efficient end to end business processes.
 Consult on the design development, testing, implementation, administration, support and
enhancement of Workday Security.
 Develop proof of concept based on business requirements and relationships with key
stakeholders and subject matter experts.
 Partner with internal technology teams and vendors to ensure alignment of processes to
systems and tools.
 Act as an active member for the Workday community – stay current with new Workday
updates to ensure the latest innovations are activated where they can deliver tactical benefits.
 Extensive proven experience, certified in multiple modules, demonstrating Workday expertise
designing, implementing and supporting Enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting
complex business requirements
 Provide guidance and mentoring to consultants working on client implementations

Responsibilities for candidates with relevant team leadership experience may also include:
 Creating and managing the plan for a specific project workstream e.g. design;
 Managing the end to end project lifecycle to deliver projects on time and to budget;
 Working with client stakeholders to manage client expectations

Qualifications:
 Latest Certification in Workday Core HCM and two other modules.
 Completion of Workday projects as a Solution Architect.
 Hands on experience of Workday and HR transformation, including HR process design, HR
technology solutions and configuration in Workday.
 Experience of working in a large team and contributing positively to the success of the team
as a whole.
 At least three full cycle (end-to-end) Workday HCM deployments.
 At least 3 years experience with Workday HCM implementations.
 At least 5 years experience in business processes including analysis and requirements
gathering.
