según las leyes de César. Si los recién casados han expresado algún voto en la ceremonia civil pero
desean pronunciar sus votos ante Jehová y la congregación no hay ninguna inconveniente en que lo hagan
(Mat.
19: 19:6; 22:21)] *
* El novio dirá:
“Yo, [nombre del novio], te he aceptado, [nombre de la novia], como esposa, para amarte y
cuidarte con ternura, según la ley divina expuesta en las Santas Escrituras para los esposos
cristianos, mientras ambos vivamos juntos en la Tierra, dentro de la institución divina del
matrimonio.”
La novia dirá:
“Yo, [nombre de la novia], te he aceptado, [nombre del novio], como esposo, para amarte, cuidarte
con ternura y respetarte profundamente, según la ley divina expuesta en las Santas Escrituras
para las esposas cristianas, mientras ambos vivamos juntos en la Tierra, dentro de la institución
divina del matrimonio.”
A continuación se hará una oración para pedir la bendición de Jehová sobre los recién casados
Después el orador puede decir:
“Me complace presentarles al matrimonio ______ .”

and deeply respect, in
accordance with the divine law as set forth in the Holy Scriptures for Christian wives, for
as long as we both shall live together on earth according to God’s marital arrangement.”
[If rings are to be exchanged, at this point groom may be invited to place a ring on bride’s finger,
and
then she on his. If he desires, the minister may remark: “This ring (or rings) is an outward and
visible sign signifying unto all the uniting of this man and this woman in the bonds of matrimony.”]
