I.  Brief background of the Project:

“No Ifugao Child Left Behind” is one of the goals envisioned by the Education along with    Follow

In my school, there are 12 slow readers who cannot cope in Grade 5. They got an average
ranging from 74 % to 78% in the first and second quarter assessment. In line with the above goal
of our Division, something must be done to help these learners achieve a higher English Sociology

Reading is an essential skill in life and reading intervention can be fundamental for many Philosophy

reading progress through intervention, reading intervention strategies, and which strategies are
effective for all pupils. All interventions done by the School Project Team of Sanafe Elementary

III.  Key Methodologies and Approaches

Milestone 1-3: Anthropology

The School Head who is the Project Proponent at the same time conducted a meeting with the 95,644 followers
teachers and parents of the twelve beneficiaries. The School Project Team was then organized
headed by a Master Teacher, Madam Mary Soledad Aquino who are willing to help the 12
 poor readers every afternoon from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm every day until March 29, 2019. There Information Systems

IV.  SALIENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS

B.  PROBLEMS MET

Some problems/challenges cannot be avoided in every project implemented but as they say, a
school head should be resourceful and determined to finish a project started especially if it has Literature

1.  Budget on Snacks . Since the start of the projects falls on the month of January, the start
of the year, naturally, the allocation of our Division may not yet be downloaded much more Finance

operating on zero budget. The expenses relative to Project RICE was incorporated in our
Annual Implementation Plan of 2019(AIP) in the amount of Seventeen Thousand Five

2.  Non-attendance of parents to follow- up meetings . The school head closely monitors the
implementation of the Project. At the end of Third Quarter, the school head called for a

So it was necessary to attend to their harvest so they could provide food on the table instead
