1. Tell me about yourself ( ¿cuéntame sobre tu vida?).

Soy una persona responsable en el momento no tengo empleo, estudie un técnico en sistemas,
no tengo mucha experiencia porque no he tenido la oportunidad de tener un empleo estable,
pero con muchas ganas de superarme cada día y a la expectativa de alcanzar el titulo como
desarrolladora.

I am an adult person, I work in the area of naval engineering, I have 15 years of experience
in this field, I have worked in different sites in Colombia, I am currently in the eastern plains
and with many expectations of achieving the title of developer.

2. Why should we hire you? ( ¿porque deberíamos contratarte?)

Me considero una persona innata, soy una persona responsable y cumplidora de las
actividades que me asignen, llevo a cabo cada una de las metas y objetivos que me propongo
para el crecimiento y desarrollo personal y de mi equipo de trabajo.

I consider myself an innate leader, I am a responsible person and compliant with the
activities that assigned to me, I carry out each one of the goals and objectives that I propose
for the growth and personal development and of work team.

3. What is your greatest strength? (¿cuál es tu mayor Fortaleza?).

Mi mayor fortaleza es la capacidad de adaptación a los lugares y nuevos retos que se

presenten en la vida, tengo la habilidad de enseñar y recibir con humildad la enseñanza que
le pueden aportar a mi vida personas con conocimiento y experiencia, adicionalmente creo
que la lectura es un buen habito y es una de mis pasiones favoritas.

My strength is the ability to adapt to places and new challenges that arise in life, I have the
ability to teach and receive with humility the teaching that can bring to my life people with
knowledge and experience, I also believe that reading is a good habit and is one of my
favorite passions.

4. What is your greatest weakness? (¿cuál es tu debilidad?).

Una de mis debilidades más notorias es que no descanso hasta terminar por completo las
metas que me propongo y esto muchas veces trae consigo, esfuerzo y cansancio físico, trato
de aconsejar a las personas y me incomoda las veces que ignoran la dirección o la posible
salida a algunas situaciones que yo les brindo.

One of my most notorious weaknesses is that I do not rest until I finish completely the goals
that I set myself and this often brings with it, effort and physical fatigue, I try to advise people
and it bothers me sometimes they ignore me the direction or possible exit to some situations
that I gave them.

5. Why do you want to work here? (¿Por qué quiere trabajar aquí?).

La empresa goza de prestigio nacional e internacional, lo que la proyecta como líder en todo
sentido, es de mucho honor tener la oportunidad de brindarle mis servicios, a tan grande
compañía y obviamente disfrutar de los servicios y beneficios que esta ofrece a quienes
laboran en ella.

The Company has national and international prestige, which projects it as a leader in all
setido, it is honorable to have the opportunity to provide my services, such a great Company
and obviously enjoy the services and benefits it offers to those who work in her.

6. Why did you leave your last job? (¿Por qué estuviste en tu último trabajo?).

Actualmente no cuento con un empleo, pero tengo ganas de aportar mis conocimientos para
el crecimiento de esta empresa.

I want to change work and be able to know other fields to apply my specialty, in addition to
close my work cycle and start a new one full of challenges and new opportunities to
demonstrate my strengths.

7. What is your greatest accomplishment? (¿cuál es tu mayor logro?)

Culminar los estudios complementarios que estoy adelantando, posteriormente llegar a ser
unos de los mejores empleados de esta empresa donde aspiro laborar y aportar de manera
significativa cada uno de los conocimientos que tengo y obviamente obtener beneficios
económicos que me ayuden a un mejor

Culminate the complementary studies I am advancing , later to become one of the best
employees of this Company where I aspired to work and contribute significantly to each of
the knowledge I have and obviously obtain economic benefits that help me to better welfare.

8. Describe a difficult work situation and what you did to overcome it.

(describe una situación laboral difícil y lo que hiciste para superarla)

Uno de los momentos más difíciles es estudiar a distancia ya que no cuento con acceso a un
wifi que me facilite realizar mis investigaciones, actualmente me traslado a un parque lejano
para poder realizar mis actividades,

One of the most difficult moments in my work environment was generated by receiving an
inspection by an external audit committee, which was not notified of their visit in time to
finalize details, it was observed that the preparation at all times is fundamental, to what the
boss highlighted as a living example of order and discipline.

9. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? (¿donde te vez en 5 años?

Siendo una desarrolladora exitosa, aportando a nuevas tecnologías e inyectado conocimiento

a la empresa que yo mismo lidere o gerencie, adicionalmente ayudando a muchas personas
en la generación de empleo e impulso de la productividad.

Being a successful developer, contributing to new technologies and injecting knowledge into
the Company that I lead or manage, additionally helping many people in generating
employment and boosting productivity.
