AFFIDAVIT

I, CONNIE ROSE BLANCO, Filipino, of legal age, and with postal address at
__________________________________________________ after being sworn in
accordance with law do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the daughter of Rosie Blanco Blanco, siblings of Bernardo

Blanco Blanco, Sza Sza Blanco Diaz and Ester Blanco Duckworth;

2. It was 2014, sometime around September when the manager of

UCPB, Paul Beltran visited our house with Esther Blanco being there as
well. They said they needed a witness for the thumb marking of document
to withdraw funds for Consuelo Blanco`s needs.

3. We objected their intention but since there was tension already, Sza
Sza forced the thumb marking of the withdrawal slip. They said that they
are the ones taking over now and that the money is their`s to keep. The
manager told us that we equally share what would be left of the money they
would take out so we all agreed eventually.

4. The next day we went to the bank, the manager talked and asked me
to give them the time deposit certificate to settle the dispute. I cried and did
not agree to what the manager wanted. What the manager suggested was to
put the funds as a managers check payable to Esther Blanco Duckworth and
Bernardo Blanco but they did not show any proof of it or how much funds
were withdrawn.
