of  the  learning  segment.    The  teacher  will  write  each  student’s  name  in  a  separate  square  and

This  assessment  will  be  used  during  Learning  Experience  2  as  a  checklist.    Each  student’s  name  
will  be  written  in  the  far-­‐left  column  where  there  is  also  additional  room  to  leave  any  extra  
comments  about  that  particular  student.    As  the  teacher,  I  will  then  mark  each  square  which  
aligns  with  each  objective,  as  the  students  completes  each  one.
