Duties & Responsibility

 Responsible for delivering the field mechanical & piping work in a safe and effective manner that

Mechanical & piping work is delivered in a timely and cost effective manner to meet the planned

prepare punch list according with reference to the approved isometric drawing and piping standards.
Conduct vendors inspection at manufactured / suppliers facilities as required by the client. Insure that
examination and test required by the inspection test plant (ITP) had been perform with satisfactory
results. Monitor all safety aspects of piping installation. Review and approved pertinent quality control
documents. Inspect and witness pressure leakage testing of valves prior to installation line checking of
pipe lines which cover check up for proper installation and location of standard pipe supports and in
accordance with iso-drawing & P& ID. Inspect and witness reinstatement & bolt torquing of flange
joints, flushing, chemical cleaning & disinfection of drinking water piping system prior to final piping
completion.

MECHANICAL CLEARENCE

being tested

PRE-COMMISSIONING
a. Checking all fastener and gaskets provided are as per standards
