I was given an infant.

How successful were you with budgeting your money? Explain.

I was successful at budgeting my money because I have received help from my friends. But then
later during the activity I got the hang of it and can do it on my own. I learned how to be careful
on budgeting my money.

Did you need to go back and adjust any of your purchases along the way? Explain.
I needed to go back and adjust any of my purchases along the way once because I forgot to go to
one of the stations, thinking I was already done. I learned from that mistake.

What surprised/interested/worried/confused you about how you managed your personal

finances?
What surprised me about managing my personal finance was that everything can be expensive so
I chose my choices carefully or I’ll go bankrupt.

What is one takeaway -- a useful or important bit of information -- that you have gathered from
participating in this experience?
One takeaway that I have gathered from participating in this experience is learning how to fill
out a check for something. How asking question and following directions can save you money.

How might this experience affect your future choices with personal finance?
This experience affects my future choices with personal finance by when I go to college, I’m
going to have to learn how to save money for books, fees, and classes. Keeping track of my
money will help me save.
