ABOUT Dr. NELSON MANDELA, OUR INSPIRATION
Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela (18 July 1918 – 5 December 2013) was a South African anti-apartheid
revolutionary, politician, and philanthropist who served as President of South Africa from 1994 to 1999. He
was the country's first black chief executive, and the first elected in a fully representative democratic
election. His government focused on dismantling the legacy of apartheid through tackling institutionalised
racism and fostering racial reconciliation. Politically an African nationalist and democratic socialist, he
served as President of the African National Congress (ANC) party from 1991 to 1997. Internationally,
Mandela was Secretary General of the Non-Aligned Movement from 1998 to 1999.
In 1993, he received the joint Nobel Peace Prize with de Klerk. In November 2009, the United Nations
General Assembly proclaimed Mandela's birthday, 18 July, as "Mandela Day", marking his contribution to
the anti-apartheid struggle. It called on individuals to donate 67 minutes to doing something for others,

commemorating the 67 years that Mandela had been a part of the movement.
Awarded the US Presidential Medal of Freedom and appointment to the Order of Canada, he was also the
first living person to be made an honorary Canadian citizen. Mandela was the last recipient of the Soviet
Union's Lenin Peace Prize and the first recipient of the Al-Gaddafi International Prize for Human Rights. In
1990, he received the Bharat Ratna Award from the government of India and, in 1992, received Pakistan's
Nishan-e-Pakistan. The same year, he was awarded the Atatürk Peace Award by Turkey; he at first refused
the award, citing human rights violations committed by Turkey at the time, but later accepted the award in
1999. Queen Elizabeth II appointed him as a Bailiff Grand Cross of the Order of St. John (upon the
recommendation of the order's Honours and Awards Committee) and granted him membership in the Order
of Merit (a personal gift of the monarch).

Vice Chancellor
Dr. Yemi (Nom de Plume: Yemi D. Prince), is currently the Vice Chancellor of NMU. Earlier, Dr. Yemi
was an Associate Research Fellow at the W.E.B. Dubois Institute, Harvard University. He is also the
Proponent, International University of Diaspora, whose primary mission is tailored toward the advancement
of the Africans in Africa and African Diaspora. He is also the President, Institute of Yoruba / African
Narrative Philosophies - a think tank institute in African / African-American Studies; promoting recent
research and advances in the theory of narrative philosophies, and President of the Diaspora Press of
America: a min-house, publishing fiction, nonfiction, plays, poetry and children’s stories

Registrar
Rev. Dr. Hedges is currently a Registrar with NMU. Rev. Dr. Hedges leads communities into building
programs, such as Computer Education Programs for youth and adults through ‘The School of Digital Arts
& Communications’ (beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels), Entrepreneurship / Finance Program,
Teen Character Education and Leadership Program, Nutrition / Physical Education Programs, Pastoral
Counseling Program and much more.

Deputy Registrar
Prof. Dr. ERIC is currently a Deputy Registrar with NMU. He is also a Country Director (GHANA – West

The syllabus of the MBA Program has been adapted to suit the needs of managers, administrators, officers, students, and
functionaries who have received little or no formal training in management topics.With its blend of International
perspective, it provides the necessary insights and skills for handing or troubleshooting business situations both in the
Indian and the global Market Place, and the curriculum also provides a rigorous grounding in traditional disciplines.
Courses in the MBA Program address the challenges faced by the managers and executives of multinational enterprises,

DISTANCE LEARNING - Open and flexible learning
The mode of education delivery adopted by the Institution is the ODL (Open and Distance Learning) System. The students
are provided with appropriate standard study materials / standard books covering the areas of study, complimentary by
Institution to help the students meet their course goals. The study materials are mailed to you on enrolment to a course.
Texts for certain courses are assigned. Based on the syllabus, additionally you will utilize the resources of your own library
and those of local public or nearby community or college libraries.
Its Independent study, done on your own, not in a classroom, lecture or a study hall, without being away from work for
educating yourself. The responsibility of your education is shared between you and the Institution. You start when you are
ready, continue at your own speed and finish at your convenience, neither being pushed nor held back by other students nor
by time frames. The self – study allows students to ensure that they have achieved the required level of knowledge.

The nature of the institution allows for open enrolment, year round. The student’s program begins upon enrolment.
Placement Assistance
Since NMU programs are designed to fit the environment of the working professional, the institution does not maintain any
type of placement assistance office. However, NMU provides 100% placement assistance. From time to time, NMU is
asked to recommend students for placement. Should this occur, the information will be provided to the appropriate students.
All candidates pursing the programs, on successful completion, will be eligible for international / national level placement
assistance through the INTERNET (Their Profile / Bio – data will be posted on a website), for a nominal fee.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The application form may be filled and submitted, any time to NMU admissions office.
1. Application: The application form should be filled. A comprehensive application is comprised of all vocational,
professional and academic education and detailed background. It is the philosophy of the institution that the evaluation of
an applicant’s lifelong learning experience is the basis of the program. Thus, it is important to include anything that may be
of value in this crucial evaluation, including military services, extensive travel, etc.
2. Transcripts: Copies of transcripts / certificates from previous attended institutions, colleges or universities may be
provided for evaluation purposes.
3. Documentation Copies: In – service Training / Workshop / Seminars for evaluation purposes, it is important that the
applicant list any and all workshop, training and seminars that have been attended in the courses of employment, services,
or study in the field for which admission is sought. Documentation may take the form of a copy of certificate or a letter
from a sponsoring employer, certifying attendance and a brief description of the training received.

diploma holders, business men, etc., who further do not wish to proceed to either a traditional college or traditional
university qualification or Government and other jobs that require traditional degrees, but wish to only graduate to enhance
their knowledge, upgrade their entrepreneurial skills, have new careers, increase their chances of employability, advance in
job with promotions, improve their self, which could lead them to more money, more security, and a better way of life.
All students who pursue these non-credit bearing degree programs are known as affiliate students and study in this way.
Please note that no transferable credits are provided. Students at the Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral level can be admitted
as an affiliate student.
All of NMU degrees are legal and legitimate. However, please note that degrees in certain disciplines require special
registrations with Government certified bodies for practise in those disciplines. However, if that is your goal, then please
check before enrolling whether the non-credit bearing, non-traditional first degrees from NMU, may help you to do so or
not. If you have first degrees by virtue of which you have done your registrations, then, you may acquire your second non-
credit bearing, non-traditional degrees from NMU.

Bachelors’ Degree:

NMU believes that the student is a mature, conscientious and responsible individual who is sincere in his desire for
education NMU recognizes this by granting admission to them without any formal eligibility criteria.
The only entry requirements are an open mind and common sense. Work experience is desired, but not essential. The
courses are designed for students, practicing managers, entrepreneurs, and for that matter, any reasonably matured person.
Reasonable knowledge of English is essential to pursue the programs.
Candidates please note that, acceptance in the science, engineering and technology programs is contingent upon possession
of prior work experience as a practical technician / engineer or professionally oriented or at the least, a high school
diploma. Medical programs are only for qualified, Government certified doctors.
Masters’ Degree:
Any relevant Bachelors’ Degree from NMU or equivalent.
Doctoral Degree:
Any relevant Masters’ Degree from NMU or equivalent.
Students are admitted to Doctoral programs, if the candidate is professionally successful and demonstrates an intellectual
ability to understand and integrate information successfully, or demonstrates the ability to do professional level research,
evidenced beyond doubt, through the application material submitted.

NMU believes that its students are mature and motivated to achieve their educational goals. And rigorous examination
procedures beat the very purpose of the Institution is very existence and its basic philosophy, to allow the students to earn a
qualification on a much more flexible basis than traditional institutions. Qualifications are earned by demonstrating what
you know, understood, and skills & the knowledge acquired, not how long you can warm a chair, and then later
regurgitating them out.
BACHELORS PROGRAM

Every student of the bachelors program will be required to submit a project report / bachelors level thesis prepared on the
basis of investigations carried out, on possible solution for a typical problem of current interest in the area of concentration.
The final works submitted by the candidates are evaluated and suitable grades are awarded to them.
MASTERS PROGRAM
The students of the Master’s program will submit a Master’s Thesis. The focal theme of which must be, how the student has
actually implemented what he has learned successfully. The report should demonstrate the capability of the student for
some creative potential and original approach to solve the practical problems in today’s world. The report should include
fields surveys, interpretation, planning and design, presented in a comprehensive manner with recommendations for
solutions based on scientifically worked out data.
DOCTORAL PROGRAMS
Each student enrolled for the Doctoral program is required to do a doctoral research leading to a dissertation, in the area of
study or experience of the candidate. The dissertation at the doctoral level must reflect professional and academic
excellence. Before the student is formally permitted to begin work on the thesis or dissertation, a research proposal
following acceptable guidelines must be submitted to the Graduate review committee of NMU, for approval.
Note:
The students will have to seek the help of a qualified Project guide in order to complete the thesis successfully. A
certification from a reputed and relevant individual stating that the project / thesis / dissertation were originally produced
by the candidates should be enclosed, while sending the completed material to NMU.
The candidates are requested to obtain the certification from, the current or former employer / professor or Head of the
department in the university or college in which the candidate is studying or has studied / professionals in the relevant field
of the candidates study / civil servants / other individuals of repute.
INTEGRATED COURSES
The candidates may pursue the integrated bachelors, masters and doctoral degree programs directly after schooling or the
bachelors and masters or the masters and doctoral degree programs after bachelor’s degree. They can get the relevant
degrees together by pursuing only the thesis requirement of the highest degree applied for.
ADMISSIOINS PROCESS
Admissions are not automatic and are subject to selection and approval of the NMU selection board. Merely being eligible,
by meeting the stipulated eligibility criteria for admission in to a particular course, does not guarantee an admission in to
the program.
Admissions to individual programs are done on the basis of the evaluation of the application material submitted by the
candidate. If determined by the Dean, that the student’s current level of competency in pursuing the particular higher level
of program, the candidate has applied to enrol for, is insufficient to pursue the program, the candidate may be denied
admission in that program. However, he / she will be offered admission in to a lower level program of the same discipline,
and advised accordingly.
For an example, a candidate, though eligible to apply directly for a master’s program, may be denied admission, if found to
possess insufficient competency to pursue the program, as evidenced by evaluation of the application material, will be

advised accordingly and offered admission in to the bachelor’s degree, in the same discipline. On successful completion of
the same, the student may further proceed to the master’s program.

INTEGRATED MULTIMODE LEARNING APPROACH
The purpose of our existence as an university is to allow the student to earn a degree on a much more flexible basis than
traditional colleges and universities. The programs involve an integrated multimode learning approach, creating an unique
synergy between theory and practice. The focus of the educational programs is to impart relevant knowledge and skills to
all the candidates.
INDEPENDENT STUDY
Independent study, done on your own, Independently and not in a classroom, lecture or a study hall. The responsibility of
your education is shared between you and the Institution. You start when you are ready, continue at your own speed and
finish at your convenience, neither being pushed nor held back by other students nor by time frames. Based on the course,
you will utilize the resources of your own library and those of local public or nearby community or college libraries.
Study Materials
The students are provided with study materials written by experts in the field on Research methods. The self – study allows
students to ensure that they have achieved the required level of knowledge in Research methods.
DURATION OF THE PROGRAMS.
The time involved in achieving the student’s education goal will vary from individual to individual. The time frame will
depend upon the students. The time is up to you; quickly or slowly, you set the pace – after all, and it is your education.
The time frame will depend upon the specific requirements regarding the program and effort the student desires to put into
the program. For example, the student may meet all the degree requirements and receive the degrees thereupon in just three
months or may study for a year, all depending upon the above mentioned criteria.
THE GRADES
The quality of work done by student is recorded in the form of the letter mark or grade.
The grade indicates the degree of proficiency the student has achieved in the courses as determined by evaluation of the
project / thesis / dissertation. Grades will be issued to the students and each student is graded according to individual
achievement.
CERTIFICATION
The final Degree Certificates are conferred with all rights, honours and privileges appertaining thereto, directly by NMU,
USA, to the student upon meeting the Institutions Graduation requirements and the NMU examination committees’
satisfaction with the overall performance of the student and their financial obligations.

Academic Calendar
The nature of the institution allows for open enrolment, year round. The student’s program begins upon enrolment.
Placement Assistance
Since NMU programs are designed to fit the environment of the working professional, the institution does not maintain any
type of placement assistance office. However, NMU provides 100% placement assistance. From time to time, NMU is
asked to recommend students for placement. Should this occur, the information will be provided to the appropriate students.
All candidates pursing the programs, on successful completion, will be eligible for international / national level placement
assistance through the INTERNET (Their Profile / Bio – data will be posted on a website), for a nominal fee.
GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES
Informal grievance procedures
Grievers are encouraged by NMU to resolve grievances informally. Formal grievance procedures shall not be initiated
unless informal efforts to resolve the grievance have been exhausted and griever has provided a written description of such
efforts to NMU.
Formal grievance procedures
If a grievance has not been satisfactorily resolved by informal procedures, the griever may file a written grievance with the
NMU Board, within five working days of receiving the answer at the earlier step. The Board shall make its decision within
30 days of the hearing and shall inform its decision to all concerned parties. The Board’s decision shall be final.
WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURES
Students who wish to withdraw from their program must notify the institution in writing. Please not that there will be no
refund of any form of fees, once admitted to the programs.
The application form may be filled and submitted any time to NMU admissions office.

achievements, rather with generous and altruistic actions or lifetime accomplishments that benefit a community, nation or

We allow candidates to apply for consideration for the degree. Send along a Resume or brief autobiographical sketch. Tell
us about yourself, your education, your abilities, talents, accomplishments, etc. You may choose to send copies of that

NMU.

3. Complete the course and send us a self-declaration letter listing the courses you have completed
and stating that you have successfully finished the courses. The Institution believes that its students are
mature and motivated to achieve their educational goals. And rigorous examination procedure beat the
very purpose of the Institutions very existence and its basic philosophy, to allow the students to earn a
qualification on a much more flexible basis than traditional Institutions. Qualifications are earned by
demonstrating what you know, understood, and through the skills & the knowledge acquired, not how

ELIGIBILITY
Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate or Bachelor Preparatory Programme (BPP) from PDMFU
for Bachelor’s degree.Any relevant,Bachelor’s degree is required for pursuing Master’s degree and Master’s
degree is required for Doctoral degrees. However reasonable knowledge of English is essential to pursue the
programs.
Bachelor Preparatory Programme (BPP)
Minimum Duration: 6 Months
Maximum Duration: 2 Years
Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: No bar
Eligibility: No formal qualification. The only entry requirements are an open mind and common-sense.
This Programme is offered by the University to those students who wish to do Bachelors Degree of PDMFU
but do not have the essential qualification of having passed Schooling. In absence of such a qualifying
certificate these student are deprived of higher education. To enable such students to enter higher education
stream, PDMFU has designed this preparatory Programme. This is an enabling programme of the University
but is not equivalent to High School certificate.
THE COURSES
The courses are ideal for students, graduates, practicing managers, technicians, entrepreneurs, doctors and
business men, MBAs, retired persons, house wives and for that matter, any reasonably matured person.
Professionals like chartered Accountants, Cost and Works Accountants, Lawyers, Engineers will also
benefit immensely.

Open and flexible learning
The mode of education delivery adopted by the Institution is the ODL (Open and Distance Learning)
System. The students are provided with appropriate standard study materials / standard books covering the
areas of study, complimentary by Institution to help the students meet their course goals. The study materials
are mailed to you on enrolment to a course. Texts for certain courses are assigned. Based on the syllabus,
additionally you will utilize the resources of your own library and those of local public or nearby community
or college libraries.
Once you receive the study materials, its Independent study, done on your own, not in a classroom, lecture
or a study hall, without being away from work for educating yourself. The responsibility of your education
is shared between you and the Institution. You start when you are ready, continue at your own speed and
finish at your convenience, neither being pushed nor held back by other students nor by time frames. The
self – study allows students to ensure that they have achieved the required level of knowledge.
FINAL EXAMINATIONS – BACHELORS

PROCTORED WRITTEN (TERM END) EXAMINATIONS
Students of our distance learning mode can take proctored (physical or online) examination from anywhere
in the world.
Proctored (Physical) Examination
Our distance education courses require students to take proctored exams. A proctored exam is taken off-
campus and is supervised, just as it would be for a course taken on campus. Simply stated, a proctor
supervises a student's exam. It is up to each student to find a qualified proctor. Typically, a student schedules
the exam with a proctor, and the exam is sent to the proctor to administer. The proctor then returns the
completed exam to the instructor to grade. Generally, proctors do not charge for this service. In all cases the
campus distance education center or academic department offering the course must approve of the choice of
proctor. The proctors have to be arranged by the students themselves.
The proctors can be university faculties / school teachers / embassy officials / senior professionals. The
students are required get prior permission. Acceptable proctors for most courses include:
· High school principals or counselors
· Directors of educational services at universities, correctional institutions, or the armed services
· Certified librarians in a supervisory positions
· Delegated officials of a university testing center
· An officer of the embassy or consulate
Proctored (Online) Examination:

Online proctoring service is for students taking exams online. These proctors use a three-step process to
replicate the face-to-face proctoring experience over the internet.
The proctor will need to know that the person is in fact the right student. The proctor will ask to show a
photo ID. The proctor will then snap a photo of the student’s profile. Once that is completed, the proctor will
ask the student to answer a few questions. These questions are generated from a public information database.
Through this process, proctors can see the student, see what they are doing, and know who they are
monitoring. Then the university question paper is given to the student to answer. Once the exam is
completed by the student, the essay type answer sheet is sent to the university.
MASTERS DEGREES &DOCTORAL PROGRAMS
Each student enrolled for the Mastersprogram is required to do a Masters level research leading to a thesis,
in the area of study or experience of the candidate.
Each student enrolled for the Doctoral program is required to do a doctoral research leading to a dissertation,
in the area of study or experience of the candidate. The dissertation at the doctoral level must reflect
professional and academic excellence. Before the student is formally permitted to begin work on the thesis
or dissertation, a research proposal following acceptable guidelines must be submitted to the Graduate
review committee of PDMFU, for approval.
The candidates who are highly professionally motivated should demonstrate convincingly with their life
experience and experimental learning details, that they possess the intellectual ability to understand and
integrate information. The students are evaluated, as evidenced through the dissertation material submitted,
and they need to meet the following objectives of the assessment criteria.
1. Whether the student can bring to bear relevant concepts and techniques on given problem solutions.
2. Whether the student has integrated the various inputs gained over the years.
3. Whether the student is capable of applying abstract concepts of value in an integrated manner to real
objective problem conditions
4. How systematically and methodically the candidate develops a thought process when faced with a given
problem situation.
5. How well the student organizes his / her mental faculties to produce relevant responses.
6. Whether he / she recognizes the assumptions of the context stated or otherwise.
7. How well the student communicates his / her rationale in resolving the issue of the problems posted.
Note:
The list of documents for the defence of a thesis:
For the defence of a thesis for a degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Grand-Doctor Philosophy (GPhD)
you need to submit to the secretariat of the Dissertation council of the University the documents as follows:
1. An application addressed to the Rector of the University.
2. A profile.

3. An autobiography.
4. Copies of a regular and foreign passport.
5. A text of the dissertation in 3 copies and its electronic version in Word Format.
6. An abstract in 10 copies and its e-version.
7. A supervisor’s (consultant’s) review for the dissertation and its e-version.
8. A list of scientific works and publications, an article about scientific work for the publication in the
journals.
9. The text of the report at the meeting of the Academic Council and its e-version.
10. A copy of the diploma (s) of higher professional education (undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate,
doctorate studies).
11. A copy of a patent (s) for an invention (scientific discovery) in science which field the thesis is defended
in (If you have).
12. Three photos without a stamp area (3.0 X 4.0 cm).
13. Also in 1 month before the expected date of the thesis defence the following services must be paid:
preparation for the defence of the thesis, printing and registration of the diploma/certificate, layout of a
scientific article in the journals.
All the documents must be copied to the same e-media (CD, flashcard).
Admission to the defence of the dissertation is approved by the order of the Rector of the University with the
notation of the time and place of the online meeting.
DURATION OF THE PROGRAMS
The time frame will depend upon the students. The time is up to you; quickly or slowly, you set the pace –
after all, and it is your education. The time frame will also depend upon the effort, the student desires to put
into the program.
Normally the student may meet all the requirements and complete the Bachelors degree thereupon in just 3
years,Masters degree in 2 years, and the Doctoral degree in 2 years, all depending upon the above mentioned
criteria. However, if the students do not complete the programs in 5 years from the date of enrolment, they
will be required to reregister by paying a fee and also pay a service charge every year till they complete the
course.
CERTIFICATION
The Degree Certificate is provided to the students upon meeting the Institutions Graduation requirements,
the examination committees’ satisfaction with the overall performance of the student and their financial
obligations, directly by PDMFU, USA.

The nature of the Institution allows for year round enrolment. The student’s course begins upon enrolment.
PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE
The Institution provides 100% placement assistance. From time to time, the Institution is asked to
recommend students for placement. Should this occur, the information would be provided to the appropriate
students.
WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY
Candidates who pay the fee in full: A candidate who withdrawals from the Educational Programs with 15
days of enrolment will be entitled to get a refund of 50% of the program fee paid to the Institution. The
refund application will be processed only after the Institution receives back the entire course material
supplied to the candidate. The course material has to be returned to the Institution good condition by the
candidate at his / her own expense. No refund of the fee will be considered wherever the request is received
after the expiry of 15 days from the date of enrolment.
RIGHT TO AMEND RULES
The Institutions reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations wherever considered necessary and
appropriate. Such amendments will be intimated to the candidates. Therefore, this publication and the
descriptions contained herein are not to be construed as a contract binding the Institutions to any specific
policies. Possible changes include, but are not limited to, passing requirements, eligibility criteria for
examinations, fee structure, refund policy, curriculum and course content, examination pattern, certification
and designation, and such other matters as may be considered relevant.
GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES
Informal grievance procedures
Grievers are encouraged by PDMFU to resolve grievances informally. Formal grievance procedures shall
not be initiated unless informal efforts to resolve the grievance have been exhausted and griever has
provided a written description of such efforts to PDMFU.
Formal grievance procedures
If a grievance has not been satisfactorily resolved by informal procedures, the griever may file a written
grievance with the PDMFU Board, within five working days of receiving the answer at the earlier step. The
Board shall make its decision within 30 days of the hearing and shall inform its decision to all concerned
parties. The Board’s decision shall be final.

1. Application: The enclosed application form should be filled. A comprehensive application is comprised
of all vocational, professional and academic education and detailed background. It is the philosophy of the
institution that the evaluation of an applicant’s lifelong learning experience is the basis of the program.
Thus, it is important to include anything that may be of value in this evaluation.
2. Transcripts: Copies of transcripts; mark sheets / certificates from previously attended institutions,
colleges or universities, if any, may be provided for evaluation purposes.
3. Documentation Copies: It is important that the applicant list any and all work ship, training and seminars
that have been attended in the course of employment, or study in the field for which admission is sought.
Documentation may take the form of a copy of the certificate or a letter from a sponsoring employer, or
certifying attendance and a brief description of the training received.

BACHELORS’ DEGREE PREPARATORY PROGRAM (BPP)
If you do not have a Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate, in lieu of which you can pursue a
Bachelors’ Degree Preparatory Program (BPP) from PDMFU and get certified. Open to all, however
reasonable knowledge of English is essential to pursue the program.

This Program is offered by the University to those students who wish to do Bachelors Degree of PDMFU
but do not have the essential qualification of having passed Schooling. In absence of such a qualifying
certificate these student are deprived of higher education. To enable such students to enter higher education
stream, PDMFU has designed this preparatory Program. This is an enabling program of the University but is
not equivalent to High School certificate.
You may also receive the Bachelors’ Degree Preparatory Program completion certificate based on
your work experience, from PDMFU on paying a nominal donation to PDMFU.
Eligibility: No formal qualification. The only entry requirements are an open mind and common-
sense.Minimum Age: 18 Years andMaximum Age: No bar.

services to the student members beyond 4 years, after the date of enrollment. To clarify further, no
obligation of the Institutions shall survive beyond 4 years after the date of enrolment. Limitation of
Liability: The liability of the Institutions towards the student is limited only to the extent of the fee paid by
them. To clarify further, the Institutions shall not be liable to the students for punitive, exemplary, special,
indirect, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost profits. Assignment: The students of
the Institutions cannot assign this Agreement nor any part there of the Institutions may, without necessity of
the students consent, assign its rights and obligations under this agreement to a successor organization.
Force Majeure: The Institutions shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance of any of its
obligations under the Agreement when such delay or failure arises from events or circumstances beyond the
reasonable control of the Institutions (including, without limitation, acts of God, fire, flood, war, explosion,
sabotage, terrorism, embargo, civil commotion, acts or omissions of any government entity, supplier delays,
communications or power failure, equipment or software malfunction, or labor disputes). PDMF
University, USA: PDMF University Inc., USA, provides degrees and diplomas to students, free of charges,
on the recommendations of the Institutions, as a service to humanity. It does not deal with the students
directly and has no direct connection with them. There is no binding contract between PDMF University,
USA, and the students. Therefore, PDMF University, USA, is not legally bound to any dispute that is
aroused by the students. PDMFU is not accredited by any accrediting bodies recognized by US Government
agencies as reliable accrediting agencies - as mentioned by the U.S. Department of Education.Indemnity: A
student of the Institutions agrees to indemnity (including PDMF University, USA), defined and hold the
Institutions harmless from and again any and all loss, damage, liability, and expense (including reasonable
attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of any third party claim, action or proceeding based directly or
indirectly on the acts of commission or commission by the member of his / her agents, the breach or alleged

Institutions reserves the right to change the curriculum, course structure and the rules relating to
administration, admissions, examinations, fee structure, and all other matters relating to the programs. This
