4. Processing Fee: Non refundable amount of Rs 2,000/- (in cash) has to be paid by the candidate at the time of counseling.

8.  The candidate is required to submit one set of self attested photo copies of the following documents and two passport size photos
during counseling for admission. Original certi cates will be veri ed and returned to the candidate at the time of counseling.

9. Eligibility Criteria: The candidate should pass in Intermediate / 10+2 / 12th examination from a recognized Central / State Board, either in
2019 or 2018 subject to securing the following grade/percentage of marks as detailed below:
B.Tech.: The candidate should pass in First class or equivalent grade in the qualifying examination with an aggregate of 60% marks in
Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry.
B.Tech.: Biotechnology, First class or equivalent grade with an aggregate of 60% marks in Mathematics or Biology, Physics & Chemistry.
B.Arch.: A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Maths, Physics & Chemistry in the qualifying examination and also should qualify in NATA
Examination / JEE (Main)-2019 Paper - II.
B.Pharmacy: A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Maths or Biology, Physics & Chemistry in the qualifying examination.

B.Tech. programs in the form of Fee concessions as detailed below:

*The fee concession will be continued for the subsequent years, subject to
scoring 8.5 & above CGPA every year.
GITAM offers merit scholarships to directly admitted toppers of other common entrance tests
for admission into B.Tech. programs in the form of Fee concessions as detailed below:

Payment of Fees, after considering the above Fee concessions for admission into First year B.Tech. programs.
The Candidates admitted into B.Tech. programs under 100% fee concession slab are required to pay Rs.
18,000/- at the time of admission.
If the candidate continued the course of study, the same amount will be refunded after first semester.

The candidates admitted into B.Tech. programs under 75% fee concession slab are required to pay Rs.
68,100/- at the time of admission.

The candidates admitted into B.Tech. programs under 50% fee concession slab are required to pay Rs.
1,36,100/- at the time of admission.

The candidates admitted into B.Tech. CSE, Computer Science & Business Systems, ECE, Information
Technology and Aerospace Engineering programs under 25% fee concession slab are required to pay Rs.
2,04,200/- at the time of admission. The candidate can be given option to pay in two instalments.
i). At the time of counseling: Rs.1,50,000/-
ii). At the time of Induction: Rs.54,200/-

The candidates admitted into B.Tech. Biotechnology, Civil, EEE & Mechanical Engineering programs under
25% fee concession slab are required to pay Rs. 1,54,200/- (after deducting Rs. 50,000/- scholarship
amount) at the time of admission.
