INTRODUCTION

This report aims to evaluate the results that are evidenced through the company’s
customer satisfaction survey “My sweet candy”

1. In the first question of the survey it is evident that our clients are not convinced to
recommend our company to an acquaintance. A strategy must be formed that
allows for the loyalty of our clients and thus recommends our products and
services.

2. In the second question of the survey, it is observed that the clients show
satisfaction in some way with our company, which means that our improvements
are on track and continue in the implementation of strategies for continuous
improvement.

3. In the third question of the survey, the company strives to have high quality
products and excellent affordable prices for our customers evidencing the
excellent result of the survey conducted.

4. The satisfaction of each client has become a challenge for the company, so we
always worry about improving our presentation and prices.

5. Our products made with high quality, technology and creativity to remain the
number one in the market the survey lets us see the good results.

6. In the sixth question of the survey is in average level which leads us to rethink
the strategies used in terms of the price of our products without leaving behind
the quality.

7. In the seventh question the result shows us the call to be more receptive and
solve all their concerns.

8. In this question we realized how the number of customers grows which leads us
to create strategies for them to choose our products and have many more
satisfied customers.

9. Being a likely option for our customers to choose our products leads us to
generate new business strategies to not be an option, on the contrary the
solution to their needs and that they continue to prefer our products.
CONCLUSIONS

 In the survey made to our clients, it shows us that our products have a positive
impact in terms of quality.

 Create new strategies to attract new customers and position our products as the
best in the market.

 Create new customer service strategies to meet all your concerns and provide
the best information about our products.
