1. Elabore un vocabulario como mínimo de 10 términos técnicos en inglés, con

su respectivo significado en español

 import: Introducción legal de mercancía para su uso o consumo en un territorio aduanero.


 Trade agreements: Contratos entre dos o más países, mediante los cuales se regulan
materias estrictamente comerciales. Tienen carácter de tratados arancelarios para
procurar ventajas y seguridad en las aplicaciones de las tarifas y regímenes aduaneros que
afectan a los contratantes.
 Antidumping: Derecho que intenta desalentar o prevenir el dumping; normalmente el
objetivo es el de imponer un derecho que equivalga a la diferencia entre el precio de
venta de los bienes en el país de origen, y el precio de venta en el país del importador.
 tarrif: Impuesto o derecho de aduana, que se cobra sobre una mercancía cuando ésta se
importa o exporta.
 Custom rights: Derechos establecidos en el Arancel Aduanero y/o en la legislación
nacional, que gravan a las mercancías que entran al territorio nacional o que salen de él.
Estos pueden consistir en: a) Derecho Ad-Valorem: Tributo que grava la importación de
mercancías y que se fija en proporción a su valor aduanero; b) Derecho Específico: Tributo
que grava la importación de mercancías en una cantidad fija de dinero, que se determina
en base a una unidad de medida, ya sea kilogramo, tonelada, litro, docena, metro, etc
 Legalizatión: Acto por el cual el Director Regional, el Administrador o los funcionarios en
quienes éstos deleguen esta facultad, constatan que el respectivo documento ha cumplido
todos los trámites legales y reglamentarios, otorgándole su aprobación y verificando
además, la conformidad de la garantía rendida, en aquellas declaraciones en que sea
exigible.
 Re-export: Cuando una mercadería proveniente del exterior se despacha a plaza a un país,
para luego volverla a embarcar con cualquier destino. Se dice que esa mercadería ha sido
“reexportada”, porque ha sufrido dos exportaciones: Desde su país de origen hacia el
territorio de tal o cual país y desde ahí hacia un tercero después.
 Customs regime:Tratamiento aplicable a todas las mercaderías sujetas al control de la
aduana, respecto de las leyes y reglamentos aduaneros y de conformidad a su naturaleza y
al objetivo de cada operación.

la salud pública, defensa de la propiedad intelectual o artística, etc.
 Tax: Derecho que percibe el Estado como persona soberana, por servicios o prestaciones
especiales o individualizables, de carácter jurídico-administrativo, organizados con fines
colectivos y que les paga el usuario a su solicitud. (Tasa de Estadísticas, Tasa de
Comprobación, Tasa de Almacenaje, Tasa de Servicios Extraordinarios, etc.).
 Customs value: Es el valor de transacción, es decir, el precio realmente pagado o por pagar
de las mercancías cuando éstas se venden para su exportación al país de importación,
ajustado cuando corresponda.
