Note to the educator

Rest. Do you get enough rest dear Chris;an educator? Rest is built into our well-being and
when we ignore it, there is no telling how it comes back to bite us. This Sabbath-rest that is
our future promise is also God’s principle for us today. For the sake of your health and for

the good of your students and your family, begin to regulate your sleep and down;mes.
Take a whole day and remove yourself from electronics and to-do lists and spend it with
God. It sounds so impossible, but it is oh so delighHul. SeIng aside one day makes the other
six days so much more produc;ve. To your mental, physical and spiritual health! Rest.

1:16 PM prayer
Please pray that we build each other up and not tear each other down.
