etc.

ABSTRACT
The Drywall System has revolutionized our conventional construction systems, first
because it is more economical than traditional construction based on brick and cement,
speed in its installation, light weight, fire resistant, thermal, acoustic and seismically
resistant. The system is composed of metallic profiles joined by screws, then they are
covered by plates of gypsum rock and / or fiber cement.
He arrived in Peru at the end of the 1980s, to begin rebuilding private premises such as
banks, large commercial businesses such as Saga or Hogar that existed at that time, which
were served by terrorists, were found, burned and were not destroyed. . One of the first
projects was the reconstruction in the second level of the Andean Society of Large Stores
SA (SAGA) of San Isidro, the plans in the United States, the plaster wall, the work during
the two months, but it was not He does not know the new construction system, the drywall,
nobody knew. The North Americans, creators of the product, advise to continue the work,
use plates imported from the company "National Gypsum" USA. The work was completed
a week before scheduled, generating savings for the owner of the shopping center and an
achievement for the construction company. Nowadays, the use of this product has become
widespread, especially in the line of finishes and divisions (partitions), being able to
observe this system in new constructions such as Tottus, Ripley, Sodimac, Metro, Plaza
Norte, etc., and not Only in these shopping centers, they are also used in office buildings,
hotels, schools, banks, hospitals, housing, etc.
The Drywall is a construction system that is known for its modern designs and finishes
while being economical and versatile for the decoration of environments, it is also used on
a large scale worldwide for its versatility in the decoration of environments; and its main
characteristic is that its process does not use water, making it very efficient and clean, as
well as quick installation.
The American drywall construction system consists of a structure of galvanized steel
profiles (shutters and rails), covered in exteriors, wet areas in impact zones with fiber
cement sheets and in interiors with plasterboard, this type of construction was approved by
the Ministry of Housing and SENCICO.
