Training Sewing Machine Operator

Technical Solution Providers
Training Guidelines:

Training is proposed for 330 hours including - theory, practical and soft skill training. It is
intended with 12 batches (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K and L) of 25 trainees each in a
day. The training program is further divided into below 04 modules –

1. Single needle Lock Stitch Machine - 100 hours


2. Overlock and Flatlock Machine – 100 Hours
3. Specialized Machines – 100 Hours
4. Soft Skills – 30 Hours

The training modules would consist of 04 hours (01 hour theory + 03 Hour Practical)
for each batch in one day up to first 8-12 days every month and afterwards 04 hours will
be utilized for practical session only. This training will be scheduled for 04 batches as
per below chart:

The domain training will be conducted as per above schedule. There will be an
additional 01 hour session for soft skills training in ‘Hall 4’ for few days in every month.
This session will be conducted in rotation for every batch for 10 days per month
completing 30 hours as per requirement. Schedule of soft skill training will be as
follows:

 From 1st to 10th of every month, trainees of ‘Hall 1’,
 From 11th to 20th of every month, trainees of ‘Hall 2’,
 From 21st to 30th of every month, trainees of ‘Hall 3’ will have Soft Skill training
session in ‘Hall 4’.

lecture will be starting with a glossary of the related terms of day’s lecture. The
theoretical concepts, terms, diagrams and real pictures will be shown in theory hour to
inculcate the perception learning while practical session.
