Implementation of an ERP system for a Beverage Company

This system will be implemented to improve the management of a

beverage company that works with a legacy system. It has to be
upgraded to the new ERP system. This system will be working with the
following modules.
1. Vender selection:- This module will focus on the selection of
the appropriate vendor for the distribution of the product and
the publicity of the product.
2. Technology:-The system will make sure that the new ERP is
compatible with the existing infrastructure and reduce the risk
of changing the infrastructure.
3. Functionality:-This module will focus on things like modularity
of the system, possibilities of customization of the system at a
low cost, the percentages of total processes covered, the best
practices of the industry etc.
4. Manufacturing:-This module will focus on the manufacturing
and publicity of a new product at budget friendly cost.
5. Support:- This module will make sure that the ERP system gets
good and appropriate support from the employees after that
implementation of the system.
6. Asset Management:-This module will focus mainly on the
management of all the assets of the company.
