SPONSORSHIP CONSULTANT
(Reporting to the Sponsorship Manager)
Basic Purpose:
The Sponsorship Consultant will administer child and sponsor related activities and
correspondences
Qualifications:
Relevant University studies
Excellent interpersonal skills
A team player with the ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented
Tenacious with deadlines; result-oriented
Good data analysis and reporting skills
Fluent in English and local language(s), both written and verbal
Strong proofreading skills (including written grammar, sentence structure and
flow)
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook;
basic PowerPoint) and intermediate experience with customized databases
Able to travel locally
Able to drive a car
Key Responsibilities:
1. Register correspondence coming from partners and Canada office and different
listings from the area.
2. Manage the mailing, filing the physical archives, send weekly and monthly reports
to the partners.
3. Pick up mailing from the local post office once or twice a month.
4. Support the monthly dispatch to Canada and Taiwan offices.
5. Support the translation of letters.
6. Support needs from the Sponsorship Area.
7. Assist the Sponsorship Manager and team in monitoring correspondence
schedules and during monitoring visits as necessary.
