 Writing - Which one is the best?

There are three apartments for rent in the classified section of the
newspaper. Peter and Jaime want a cheap, comfortable one. They prefer an
apartment, which is close to the university and the shops. They want one with
parking included in the price of the rent. They do not want one near the main
highway. They prefer a quiet part of town. They are not concerned about a good
view. They like apartments with trees. Usually apartments with a good view are
much more expensive than those without good views.

My city town is Manizales, it is the city capital of Department of caldas, is a

city with a great structural development in its buildings, free garbage with great
development of mobility, thanks to its system of underground cable and their
community bicycles a great project of the municipal government. It is a tourist city
for its beauty and its temples and Catholic churches which are very colonial
infrastructure.

I live in the neighborhood Jubileo which has a playground, greenery and

games and kids games, very pleasant to live, accompanied by some excellent
neighbors.
