Objectives By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to:


(i) listen and follow the simple directions that given by teacher.

Stage 1 Singing the song “Move Left!” TA: Video clip entitled “Move Left!”
(5 minutes) 1. Teacher shows a short video clip entitled “Move Left!’. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VgyeroIauyQ) – 1 minutes

2. Pupils sing the song and doing the action while
watching the video clips.
3. Teacher asks a few questions based on the video clip. Lyrics of “Move Left!”

Stage 2 1. Teacher teaches the pupils about the symbols and the TA: Word Cards
verb of directions by using word cards.

2. Pupils listen to the teacher.
3. Teacher demonstrates on how to turn left, turn right
and go straight.
4. Pupils learn to follow the simple directions that have
given by teacher.

Stage 3 1. Teacher shows the maps of the school on powerpoint TA: Powerpoint slides
slides.

2. Pupils required to open their textbook on pg 94 too.
3. Teacher demonstrates how to give directions and how
to follow the directions that is given by using eraser.
4. Pupils follow the directions that have given by the
teacher.
