ABSTRACT
This report presents the results of the practice of determining the organoleptic parameters of water
carried out in the environmental chemistry laboratory. To determine the parameters of this, the color
was analyzed, using a colorimeter, in which several samples were taken and I obtained results of a
real color of 10 UPC and apparent color of 20 UPC; the odor was subject to the sense organs (nose)
and the data were taken taking into account the odor table where a pleasant cold and slightly warm
smell was detected.
