Terms of Offer :

Our price is F.O.R inclusive of all current applicable taxes.

Any change in above taxes at any stage will be borne by you.

We will manufacture and deliver kitchens only when site is ready to accept the kitchen for installation.

Our liability will stop once the goods are dispatched from the factory.Once the material is delivered to the site the material will have to be placed in respective apartment. If for any reason
the same is not done, the responsibility of damage or loss of material is entirely yours if lockable room is not provided.

Standard Terms of Payment:

A- For Sample Flat/Show Flat/up to 10 kitchens, payment terms wil be 70% advance and 30% before delivery
B- For project order more then 10 kitchens, payment terms will be as per mutual agreement.
Escalation – Final prices will be valid for the delivery period to be defined in the final agreement. In the event, the client is not ready to take deliveries of material and service during the
delivery period, and delays procurement of material and service from Sleek Kitchens beyond the delivery period, a 7.5% escalation in prices will be applicable till completion of one year
from the original delivery period. Similarly, 7.5% escalation will be applicable for each subsequent year of delay after this as well.

Validity of this quote:

A- For agreed number of kitchens only.Additional orders will be on revised prices only.
B- Validity of the offer is for one month only. However we reserve the right to change the price in event of change in raw material prices or taxes.

Force majeure:
This offer will be subject to force majeure conditions – in event of circumstances beyond our control, Like natural calamity, strike, lockout,
unrest or similar situation, we will not be responsible or liable for any delay/ non performance.

The project will be started only after receiving below :

A- Separate Purchase order & Separate Work order is received
B- Getting final measurement for production of site and advance as per agreed terms.
C- Giving us confirmed order to start production based on final drawing & duly signed by authorized signatory.
D- All kitchens will be manufactured based on approved drawings.

Transport:
A- We recommend to ship only full truck consignments to avoid any damage to cabinets.
(Transporters often load additional material in case of under-loaded trucks, leading to damages to our goods).
B- Transit insurance for all liabilities will be to your account. We suggest that you take insurance in your location to better facilitate claims if any.
