HUMAN RESOURCES

Every path a person take is not easy as they think. In every battle we take, there is always

a two things awaits to us, its either we loss or we win the game. But sometimes its either we give

our best or just to give up. As a human resources, I am responsible for attendances, recruiting

and assigning workers to their task. I lack experience that’s why I can’t really describes what

human resources really meant.

Every company has its own assign position to fulfill in order for each in everyone to

handle things in a easy way. I, as a human resources was obliged to write down the names of my

co- members every time we decided to have a meeting. But even if I’m just a human resources I

do sell every time we have our product. I am also the responsible one in getting the product to

our tailoring. Being a human resources was not easy task because human resources is also the

responsible in informing everyone about things to do. We took notes in every important

assembly we attend. Thus, notes we tok was possible to be asked to us. Sometimes we’re the

responsible in making assignments and presenting things in front if the Chief Executive Officer

is not around. It may be a hard for me to balance things, I can proudly say that I’ve done things

that me can be proud of.

 Production

Production is responsible in making sure the good quality of the product. As a amateur

in business world, the first product we produced was a low quality. In our first try, we did not

knaow what materials we should take that’s why we failed in our first attempt. Those retailer

store we’re just offering us what materials we told them without offering us their good quality of

their product. We know its not their fault because they’re just offering what best they think they

can gave. We have small budget at that time that’s why we can afford those expensive materials

that maybe the best materials we need.

I don’t know the good quality of a product at first, but when our company got okay I

learned what’s good quality and not. So, every time we buy materials I make sure that our cloth

is a real good quality and a good conditions. Sometimes the tailor we got tricks us because they

think that they can fool us just because we’re students. So before I gave the money and got our

product, I make sure that everything is okay. A production might have just a small task in our

company, but still we fulfilled our tasks in making sure the cloth is in a good quality.
