Subject: Preventive Maintenance of Airconditioning Units of your store.

Gentlemen,
We are pleased to offer our services for Preventive Maintenance and
Services of the Airconditioning & Ventilating System for a period of One (1)
year commencing from the date of your signing hereof. We will render the
following services.

I. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:
1. Monthly general cleaning of cooling and condensing coils, Air filter and
panel using pressurized water with chemicals.
2. Check & inspection of all electrical & mechanical parts, such as
magnetic contactor, circuit breaker, fan motors, shafting & bearing and
make necessary adjustment if needed.
3. Monitoring of operating pressure of each unit, and recharging if
necessary.
4. Inspect all components of the system including electrical controls and
make necessary adjustment.
5. Inspect and make necessary adjustment of the belt driven motor.
6. Observe operation of the compressor performance.
7. Lubricate of all thermal moving parts per our servicing schedule.
8. Inspect and check-up of all refrigerant line in the Airconditioning
system.
9. Inspection and check-up of equipment corrosion.

Above service will be done regularly for a period of one (1) year. This
programmed Preventive Maintenance is designed to assure you of a longer
and satisfactory performance of your Airconditioning system. It will reduce to
a minimum costly, premature breakdown of the equipment.

II. REPAIR MAINTENANCE:

In case of the Airconditioning system breakdown, this contract will entitle you
to the following services.
1. Emergency trouble call to be attended by our highly skilled mechanics/
technician within 24 hours from the time called.
 2. Minor repair/defects done on site immediately without charge such as
follows.
a) Installation of unit accessories which shall not require dismantling
and/or disassembly of any of the major components of the unit like
the condenser and evaporators, motors and compressor, etc.
b) Adjustments of unit accessories such as pressurestats, thermostats,
delay timer reset of circuit breaker, etc.
3. Major repair works likes replacement of compressor and bearing,
rewinding
motor, leak testing of the system, re-piping and re-wiring of the system
controls, and other using consumable items and equipments are not
included in this contract price, therefore, we shall be estimates and
billed
as follows:
3.1 Spare parts/materials and consumable item supplied by us.
3.2 Labor supply at P595.00/day per person with additional 30% in
excess
for the regular (8hrs) time.
3.3 Profit Margin and provision for tax is set at 35% of total materials,
labor,
and mobilization cost.
4. Warranty period for every major repair works is (90)days including
materials and workmanship supplied by us. Effectivity upon completion
of such repair.

III. OTHERS
1. Client to supply/provide utilities like water and electricity and enough
space for repair.
2. Preventive maintenance/ general cleaning to be conducted during office
hours or specified. However, And during emergency cases, PM can be
scheduled.
The user will pay MEGACOOL AIR SYSTEMS CORP. the amount shown
below for the equipment covered herein upon presentation of billing
statement.

MEGACOOL AIR SYSTEMS CORP. is representing that this services will

eliminate breakdown of equipment or its operation and that the same is not
required to make renewal or repair necessitated by reason of negligence or
misuse of equipment or render to any other causes beyond our controls.

This contract may be cancelled by either party on written notice effective

thirty (30) days upon receipt of the same. It is understood that this contract
is automatically renewed yearly if written notice of termination on our
agreement is not received by before the expiration date.

If the foregoing is acceptable to your goodselves, kindly sign the space

provided below and send the same to us together with your Purchase Order
for confirmation.
