Based on the graph of Grade 8 Laurel and Grade 8 Aquino, Laurel got
the higher mean of 39.31 while the later yielded 39.11. It shows that
Laurel showed better result during theThird Periodic Test which has the
MPS of 78.61 as compared to the other section.
To be able to get good results in the Periodic Test, the English
teacher should give remediation to the group of students who got the
least-mastered competencies and have a follow up on the student's
performance in class.

Periodic Test of Grade 8 Sections in English subject. It can be

gained score mean of 43.23 which directly increased its MPS

92.10. It can be interpreted that the this section got the
average set of numerical value which means that Mabini
gained 81% of the test item competencies.
100 Periodic Results of Grade 8 English Concurrently, Aquino got the lowest results, however the
results still bound on the average and passing level.
90 Overall, the results of the sections got 80.59 which
