PART 2 - GENERAL

2.1 SUMMARY

A. The Contractor shall source all materials from the following list of approved manufacturers.

B. If the Contractor wishes to propose any alternative material he must provide the following
documentation:

1. A letter of approval from Msheireb Properties for the use of this material on this projects. Without this
documentation no alternative material will be considered. This letter must be dated within 6 months of
submission of the Tender price.
2. The Client shall not be committed to accepting any proposed alternative.

C. The below list shall not absolve the Contractor from gaining approval from any Authority Holding
Jurisdiction (AHJ) on any relevant material.
