Ramírez Soto, en la calidad con que actúa, procede resolver lo siguiente: I) incorporase al
expediente el informe rendido por la trabajadora social LUCILA GONZALEZ GARCIA II) Remítase al
expediente respectivo a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, para que se pronuncie sobre el
asunto. Artículos: 4 y 12 del decreto 54-77 del Congreso de la Republica; 422 del Código Procesal
