Miss Shannon Bohling, had a positive, successful experience in my classroom. She
performed all of her teaching duties in a responsible and dependable manner. |
particularly was impressed with her strengths in relating to the students. She planned out
her lessons well and wassensitive to the needs of the students. Her growth in all areas
was apparent from the first week to the final meeting.
Miss Shannon Bobling will give her time and energy to her job and will take extensive
time to develop lesson plans and activities that would be pertinent to the students. In
addition, she will be able to handle difficult and demanding tasks. She doesn’t appear
stressed in difficult situations and was always upbeat. She took initiative to take on tasks
as she saw a need.
In regards to teaching, she used age appropriate strategies and educationally sound
techniques in the classroom She was kind but firm with the students and able to redirect
students with respect. She had an excellent rapport with students and staff.
Miss Shannon Bohling, has the potential to become an effective teacher. Her
dependability, planning skills, and communication with students are all part of her
strengths.
Miss Shannon Bohling, will become an effective classroom teacher with the proper
guidance from a teacher mentor or the building principal. Setting up a classroom
program and schedule would be two areas to address. With this guidance, she will
become an integral part of the school community.
