裁剪工序质量管理制度

投产前严格执行“五核对”、“八不裁”制度，把好裁片质量关。

“五核对”：

（1） 核对合同编号、款式、规格、批号、数量、型号和工艺单。

（2） 核对原材料等级、花倒顺、正反、门幅、数量。

（3） 核对样板数量是否齐全。

（4） 核对原材料定额和排料图是否齐全。

（5） 核对原材料层数和要求是否符合技术文件（标准）。

“八不裁”：

（1） 原材料没有试验缩率不裁。

（2） 原材料等级档次不符合的不裁。
（3） 原材料纬斜超过规定的不裁。

（4） 样板规格不中组合部位不合理不裁。

（5） 色差、疵点、污、残超过规定的不裁。

（6） 样板不齐的不裁。

（7） 定额不明确，门幅不符或超定的不裁。

（8） 技术要求和工艺规定没有交代清楚的不裁。

Quality Management System for Cutting Process

Before putting into operation, the system of "five checks" and "eight cuts" shall be strictly implemented,
and the quality of the cut pieces shall be properly checked.

Five checks:

(1) Check the contract number, style, specification, batch number, quantity, model and process sheet.

(2) Check raw material grade, flush, positive and negative, banner and quantity.
(3) Check whether the sample number is complete.

(4) checking whether the quota of raw materials and the layout drawings are complete.

(5) Check the number of layers of raw materials and whether the requirements conform to the technical
documents (standards).

"Eight No Lay-offs":

(1) Raw materials shall not be subjected to test shrinkage.

(2) Non-conforming grade of raw materials.

(3) The weft of the raw material exceeds the prescribed limit.

(4) the template specifications do not fit the parts of the composition unreasonable.

(5) color difference, defect, defilement or disability in excess of the prescribed.

(6) The model is not uniform.

(7) The quota is not clear, doorknobs or excessive.

(8) Technical requirements and technical requirements are not clearly stated.
