Characteristics of ADERCO products

1) Surfactant chemical molecule

This highly advanced amine based molecule has been developed and
improved over the time. It offers:
- A very high concentration (dosage ratio)
- A very stable and easy to disperse molecule (polarity)
- A very low toxicity and hazard characteristics
- A very potent molecule to break down asphaltenes and
aromatics molecules present in the fuels
- A very efficient molecule to separate water and other
contaminants found in the fuels

This surfactant molecule is diluted in a petroleum based carrier (with a

low risk flashpoint) carrier - the result is ADERCO 2050
When diluted with a vegetal based carrier you get ADERCO 2055G

2) Lubricating chemical molecule

This highly advanced molecule has been developed and introduced
recently to improve the lack of lubricity of highly desulphurized Marine
Gas Oils. It offers:
- A very high concentration (dosage ratio)
- A very stable and easy to disperse molecule
- A very low toxicity and hazard characteristics
- A very potent molecule for reducing the friction between
moving mechanical parts with thin clearances

This molecule is used for ADERCO L1050 – Low Sulphur MGO lubricity
improver

The molecule is also used for ADERCO V25 and V35 – combined with
vegetal based surfactant for Diesel / Petrol / MGO

3) Biocide molecule
This highly advanced molecule has been developed and introduced to cure
or prevent the Marine Gas Oil and Diesel contamination by bacteria,
yeasts, funghi. This need is growing each year due to the presence of
biodiesels in a lot of fuels and the Fatty Acid Methyl Esther degradation
issue. The product offer
- A high concentration (dosage ratio)
- A stable and easy to disperse molecule
- An acceptable toxicity and hazard characteristics
- A potent molecule for curing preventively or after critical
contamination, the fuel oil tanks

This molecule is used for ADERCO B2200 – Fuel Biocide.

The molecule is also used for ADERCO B5500 – combined with surfactant
for Diesel / Petrol / MGO – offering both virtues at the same time.

• Pressure on sulphur content and emissions have brought new Ultra

with new issues (filter clogging, bacterial contamination, etc…)
• Presence of unwanted contaminants, like sludge, water…
