Cultural Diversity and Language Socialization in the Early Years: A Critical Paper
One of the main impediments to communication is language difference. When a society becomes
more linguistically and culturally diverse, the issue of language segregation arises. In an article written by
Eunjin Park entitled Cultural Diversity and Language Socialization in the Early Years, Park discussed about
how the interactions with caregivers and other competent members of the community helped children become
linguistically and culturally competent.
