DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation, made and entered this ____ day of ________, _______
in ___________________ by and between:

GLORIA LINGAO married to Ricardo Garcia, of legal age,


Filipino and a resident of Barangay Lodlod, Lipa City, Batangas,
hereinafter referred to as the “DONOR”;

- and -

BARANGAY LODLOD, LIPA CITY, a government owned and


controlled entity with office address at Brgy. Lodlod, Lipa City,
represented by its Brgy. Captain HON. ANTONIO M. LALUNIO, by
virtue of Kapasiyahan Bilang ____________ of Sangguniang Barangay
Lodlod, Lipa City, a copy of which is hereto attached, and hereinafter
referred to as the “DONEE”.

WITNESSETH: THAT

THAT the DONOR is the lawful owner of a parcel of land situated in Barrio of
Malalim na Lodlod, Lipa City, Province of Batangas of the Register of Deeds for the
City of Lipa, more particularly described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE TITLE NO. T-98254

“A parcel of Land (Lot 2294-C-7, of the


subdivision plan, Psd-041014-060350, being a
portion of Lot 2294-C, (LRC) Psd-54380, L.R.C.
Record No. ), situated in the Barangay of Malalim na
Lodlod, Lipa City. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2
by Lot 2294-B, (LRC) Psd-54380; on the SW., & SE.,
along lines 2-3-4-5-6 by Lot 2294-C-4; on the NW.,
along line 6-7 by Lot 2294-C-3; on the NW., SW., &
SE., along lines 7-8-9-10-11-12 by Lot 2294-C-2; on
the SW., along line 12-13 by Lot 2294-C-3; on the
NW., & SW., along lines 13-14-15-16 by Lot 2294-C-
1, all of the subdivision plan; on the NW., along line
16-17 by Road (4.00 m. wide); on the NE., & NW.,
along lines 17-18-19-20 by Lot 2294-C-6, of the
subdivision plan; on the NE., along line 20-21 by Lot
2193, Cad-218, Lipa Cadastre; on the SE., & NE.,
along lines 21-22-23-1 by Lot 2294-C-5 of the
subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1”
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx containing an area of EIGHT
HUNDRED TWENTY TWO (822) SQUARE METERS.”

WHEREAS, the DONOR is willing to donate the said property to the DONEE with
the following conditions:

That said property with a total area of EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY TWO
(822) SQUARE METERS covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 98254 shall be
used as Road Right of Way for Brgy. Lodlod, Lipa City for the welfare, benefit and
convenience of its residents;

That, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the trust, fidelity, help and affection
shown upon the DONOR by the DONEE, and as an act of gratitude and liberality on
his part, the DONOR hereby voluntarily GIVE, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of
donation the above-described property and all the rights pertaining thereto, unto the
DONEE, its heirs, assigns and/or successor-in-interest, the above described property
and all improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances and
charges of whatever kind;

That the DONOR affirms that this donation is not made with intent to defraud
his creditors, and that she has sufficient funds and property reserved for herself and
her obligations;

That the DONNEE hereby accept and receive this donation made in their favor
by the DONOR, and hereby manifest this gratefulness for the latter’s generosity and
liberality.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto signed this DEED OF DONATION
