4 3/4” Corners 1 20”x30” Foamboard
4 3/4” Threaded to Slip Adapters 1 30”x40” Foamboard
10 3/4” “Tees”
3/4 Tees 1 8ft roll x 18” contact p

Saw Ruler / Measuring Tape
Meas ring Tape
Measuring Pencil
Scissors
Straight Edge (Ruler/Taping Knife)
Utility Knife (sharp blade required)
Drill or Awl
Hammer
Cut the PVC Piping into the following

Cut 40x30 board in half 15 inches wide
Cut 1 15in wide piece into 2 smaller 20in pieces
Paste panels as shown onto foamboard

Divide (DO NOT CUT) 30x20 board into
3 sections each 10 inches tall

Paste panels as shown onto foamboard

Trim off white on

Cut roll of laminate into 3 sections
of 17in, 42in, 32in (5in piece leftover)

Laminate as shown

Fold over excess

as indicated by the lines
Drill holes as indicated and install grommets
Use zip-ties to attach panels to frame
