recommendations and scores from the National Rifle Association PVF for your voting on November 2, 2010.
This list should make your choices to protect our gun-rights clear, and strongly urge you to vote

1. Do you support any additional state or local restrictions on the acquisition, ownership or possession of

4. In California it is unlawful to carry a concealed handgun for personal protection without a permit issued by local law
enforcement. Because the issuance of permits is up to the discretion of the police chief or the sheriff and policies vary
greatly, application of the law is unequal across the state and arbitrary denial is the rule rather than the exception. Do you
support legislation that would adopt a uniform statewide standard for issuance of CCW (concealed carry) permits?
