LOS VERBOS EN ESPAÑOL -AR- Presente indicativo

*The infinitive of a Spanish verb consists of a stem and an ending. The stem is what
remains after the ending ar is removed from the infinitive.
NECESITar (to need) TRABAJar ( to work) TERMINar (to finish) ESTUDIar (to
study) DESEar (to wish, want) TOMar (to take ; to drink) HABLar (to talk)

Nosotros estudiamos we study

El muchacho desea the boy wishes
La mujer trabaja the woman works
Los chicos necesitan the kids need
Yo tomo I take or I drink
Tú terminas You Finish
Vosotros estudiáis you (plural informal Spain) study
Ustedes desean you (plural) wish
